Significant Case Review (Executive Summary) - Baby A

Significant Case Review (Executive Summary) Baby A is published

The death of a child is a tragic occurrence regardless of age or circumstance.  Following the death of Baby A (anonymised to protect the child and their family) in 2012, South Lanarkshire Child Protection Committee commissioned a Significant Case Review to be led by an independent reviewer.  Due to the delay in the criminal proceedings this was not commenced until late 2016.  Further considerations delayed the publication.
